Local Charities Need Your Help!

Doctors Jeff Ganeles, Fred Norkin, Lili Aranguren and Samuel Zfaz recently made a $3,000 donation to the local charity Boca Helping Hands. Thanks to a matching gift program running through December 31st, the practice’s group donation will be doubled to $6,000.  Our doctors hope that their contribution will inspire colleagues and other businesses to support this and other local charities before we reach the end of this very challenging year.

Boca Helping Hands provides food, medical and financial assistance to meet basic human needs as well as education, job training and guidance to create self-sufficiency. The organization’s “hands” reach from Boca Raton to the surrounding Palm Beach County area and beyond.

As stated on the organization’s website, “Now more than ever, we are grateful for faithful contributors and amazing volunteers like you for helping us serve our community through these unprecedented times. The need for our services continues to grow, and your matched gift will have an even greater impact as we adapt to ever-changing circumstances due to COVID-19.”

Contributions can be made anonymously and/or dedicated in honor of someone.  For more information, contact Karen Swedenborg, development manager of Boca Helping Hands, at 561-417-0913 x 202 or visit www.BocaHelpingHands.org.
