Immediate Dental Implants

This practice has been savings smiles with same-day implant-supported teeth since 1996, when we first introduced implemented process known as immediate-load dental implants.

It was a revolutionary concept back then, and we were at the forefront of the technique which offered restorations of one tooth up to full mouth of teeth in one day. Our doctors even published the largest study of the time on the procedure in 2001 in the rigorously peer-reviewed, leading implant publication, International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants (IJOMI).

A year later, we copyrighted the term “TeethToday” (a similar term and concept to “All-on-4™) which described how patients could have damaged or failing teeth removed and return to normal or better aesthetics and function right after dental implant placement, usually in just one day.

The same year, Dr. Ganeles was selected by ABC TV’s “Extreme Makeover” to feature this revolutionary procedure. It was the very first implant placement and immediate temporary fixed-bridge case performed on primetime national television!

TeethToday® at South Florida Center for Periodontics & Implant Dentistry

TeethToday is one of our most popular options for someone with missing or failing teeth. Very often, someone breaks off or cracks a single tooth or old crown or bridge, creating an immediate dental emergency. We can often replace the tooth or teeth up to an entire arch (upper or lower jaw) of teeth, strategically attaching temporary teeth onto dental implants.

You will always walk out of our office with teeth. You’ll never conceal your smile again and, thanks to this life-changing experience, smile with confidence. Recently (2024), we proudly had another scientific article accepted by the peer reviewed International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry (IJPRD) highlighting some of our outstanding results replacing highly visible upper front teeth in unusually challenging conditions. This highlights our recognition and uncommon expertise with this demanding procedure.

Call our office today for a consultation. Referrals from dental or medical specialists are always welcomed but are not necessary. Contact us today!
