Full-Arch Dental Implants

Our doctors have changed the lives of so many patients with a variety of revolutionary dental implant treatment options!

Using procedures like TeethToday®/ Pro Arch® and ALL-ON-4™, we provide fixed implant solutions that are designed to last a lifetime, with replacement “teeth” to replace falling teeth, missing teeth or dentures.

The examples presented in our “Full Arch” Smile Gallery provide a glimpse into some of the complex cases we have handled in recent years.

Case Study #1: James

View Full Case Study

Chief Concern: James suffered with multiple failing teeth due to tooth decay, failed root canals and periodontal disease. Because of severe anxiety, he delayed dental treatment despite intermittent pain and knowledge of how his dental infections were adversely affecting his health.

Treatment Received: Under IV sedation (conscious sedation), James’ upper and lower teeth were removed, infections were resolved, dental implants placed, and minor bone grafting was done. Fixed temporaries were placed, so he left the office with teeth. After a remarkably easy and smooth recovery, his dentist made his permanent teeth.  Eleven problem-free years later, James still enjoys his healthy smile and eats with confidence.

Case Study #2: Pam

View Full Case Study

Chief Concern: Pam hated her upper denture and recently had failed implants placed by her dentist.  She was then told she did not have enough bone left in the upper jaw for implants or permanent (fixed) teeth without extensive bone grafting.

Treatment Received: After careful 3D digital analysis and planning, adequate bone support was found in 5 strategic locations without additional grafting. Using computer-guided surgery and advanced, computer-generated restorative methods, Pam left the office immediately after placement of implants with beautiful screw-retained fixed teeth using the TeethToday®/ProArch® approach. Her first words immediately after seeing her new smile: “Damn, that looks good!”

Case Study #3: Monika

Chief Concern:  Monika suffered from advanced periodontal disease (bone loss), tooth decay and broken teeth.  She was embarrassed by her smile. It did not match her personality, age or vigor for life.  She was terrified of having dental work done.

Treatment Received:  We provided IV sedation (conscious sedation) for Monika during her procedure.  In a single visit, her broken and diseased teeth were removed, the infections cleaned out, dental implants placed (new tooth roots) and immediate, fixed (screw-retained) temporaries placed in the upper and lower arches.  In the course of just one day, we eradicated years of dental breakdown and disease. Five years later, Monika continues to enjoy her beautiful smile, healthy gums and teeth that are secure and do not come out.

Case Study #4: Ed

Chief Concern: Ed was aware of his bad smile, dental abscesses and loose and missing teeth but was unable to confront these problems due to overwhelming anxiety.

Treatment Received: After careful planning and preparation and appropriate sedation, Ed received 4 upper and 3 lower implants for immediate screw-retained fixed restorations to replace all upper and most lower teeth.  His lower right back teeth were treated periodontally and maintained as they were in good condition.  Ed reported no pain after the procedure and now has a healthy, radiant smile and has largely resolved his dental anxiety.

Case Study #5: Marcia

Chief Concern: Marcia had recently completed an upper tooth-supported fixed bridge and lower implant bridge elsewhere, but still had upper dental abscesses and was very unhappy with her appearance, chewing and speaking ability.

Treatment Received: After careful digital smile analysis, the failing, infected upper teeth were removed and 4 new implants were placed for an immediate screw-retained fixed bridge (TeethToday®/All-on-4®).  Her lower implant bridge was also replaced to correct tooth positions and bite dramatically restoring her smile and facial esthetics.

Case Study #6: Shelly

View Full Case Study

Chief Complaint:  Despite previously having implants and crowns placed, Shelly was losing her upper back teeth and hated her prominent teeth and asymmetrical, gummy smile.

Treatment Received: With a holistic view to restore her smile as well as replace missing teeth, she was planned for a new upper restoration. In a single visit, Shelly replaced failing teeth and poorly placed implants, then had 4 new implants placed with a new set of fixed teeth.  Several months later, her dentist completed a new permanent bridge that allowed her smile to reflect her optimistic, bubbly personality.
